Description: Courageous cruise 050 was undertaken to survey the demersal fish community of the Australian continental shelf/Timor Sea between Broome and Cape Londonderry, using demersal trawling, and also to conduct hydrological transects across the shelf. The voyage took place between Broome and Darwin, from 26 May to 15 June 1979.
