Expected species depth range is from 28 to 320 m.
Taxon Notes:First recorded in Australia by Hashimoto & Motomura 2025 from a specimen collected off Cape Moreton (c. 26 56 S, 153 30 E), Queensland, at a depth of 110 m. Also known from an AMS specimen from Lord Howe Island. Elsewhere, known from southern Japan, the Ryukyu Islands, and the Philippines in 28-320 m depth (Allen & Erdmann 2024; Hashimoto & Motomura, 2025).
