Expected species depth range is from 100 to 500 m.
Taxon Notes:Added based on CSIRO specimens collected from west of Point Cloates (22 48.02 S, 113 24.53 E) to SW of Alison Point (24 00.07 S 112 32.25 E), WA in 340-396 m. Elsewhere, known from the NW Pacific (Taiwan north to Kyushu, Japan) in 100-500m depth (Schwarzhans & Prokofiev 2017).
