Comments: | Time: 26/11/2019 05:15 Ruhi Subject – Logged in remotely to change SS sequence Comments: Logged in remotely – instrument struggling with the remote connection and flows may be affected by CPU loading. Stopped measurement and closed software. Edited Table 1 of the SS sequence to reverse the order. Previous order was an hourly cycle of 6 SS, 10 min each 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 1.0 New order is the reverse (10 min at each still): 1.0, 0.6, 0.5, 0.4, 0.3, 0.2. I have done this to try to improve the OPC temperature adherence – during the previous cycle, the transition from 1.0 to 0.2% doesn’t provide enough time for the OPC temperature to reach setpoint, creating a condition where the droplets may be evaporating in the OPC before detection. I have been advised that this may be improved by reversing the sequence (or doing a pyramid sequence, which is not ideal). |
