Expected species depth range is from 53 to 59 m.
Taxon Notes:In Australia, known from two paratype specimens collected from the Dampier Archipelago (19° 41' 42" S, 116° 30' 48" E to 20° 04' 36" S, 116° 10' 54" E), WA in 53-59 m depth. Also known from the holotype and six paratypes collected from fish markets in the islands of Panay, Cebu, Bohol, and Jolo in the Philippines (Sorgon et al 2023).
