Taxon Notes:	Resurrected this code based on specimens from the waters of Cocos (Keeling) Island (Allen & Smith-Vaniz, 1994; Motomura et al 2001). Note that specimens of this species have never been recorded from the coast of the Australian mainland (Motomura 2004 FAO Guide).
