Taxon Notes:Added after description from 13 specimens from the Coral Sea (off New Caledonia and eastern Australia), southwest Pacific Ocean, at depths of 245-338 m (Ogino et al 2019). In Australia, known from the Mellish Plateau in the Coral Sea (17 30'S, 155 00'E) south to Gifford Guyot Seamount (26 42'S, 159 20'E) (Ogino et al 2019) and the Norfolk Ridge, near Norfolk Island (28 55 S, 167 41 E) in 111-320 m.
