- Code originally created in the late 1980's or early 1990's based on a specimen from Tasmania. Deactivated in 1993 based on advice of Jock Young that the species name was uncertain. Reactivated 13 Aug 2026 after Paxton et al 2026 noted the species from Lord Howe Island (although the data and specimen is apparently missing).
