Taxon Notes:Updated from Parapercis sp 8 after description. Known from south of Saumarez Reef, Qld (22 35 S) to off Coffs Harbour, NSW (30 18 S) at depths of 256-405m (Johnson & Worthington-Wilmer 2018).
