Steps taken to resolve: Initiate re-targeting - Both modules only flashed to the tracking state briefly and returned to solid green tracking, with no visible signal. Restarted the targeting console Initiated re-targeting again - the Port side module moved from the targeting state to the flashing tracking state as expected. This remained for many minutes. Just prior to making a call to acutec, the VSAT system acquired target again, at around 10:45.

Investigation at bridge equipment room found VSAT system tracking with strong signal showing on spectrum analyser. Mute software was checked for both antenna - mute appeared off for each. Toggled mute for each antenna, and (possibly coincidentially) internet connection was shortly restored.
