| Comments: | Set the CPC back up and reconfigured the plumbing so that the orifice pressure on the CPC will register OK. Connected up to the strong vacuum so that the orifice pressure reads OK (this is fine because the MFC is maintaining the flow actual flow). When doing the flow cal with lab air:

The inline set point is really variable, but after an average of 10 tests, we& 39;ve decided to leave it as above. |
