| Comments: | SMPS maintenance including: - Cleaning the external impactors with kimwipe and alcohol - the nozzle on the impactor (not the preimpactor) may have been installed backwards. See new procedure for proper installation. - Cleaning the impactor at the top of the column with kimwipe and alcohol. - Reapplicaiton of a thin layer of grease to all the impactors - Cleaning of the DMA and all surfaces with kimwipes and alcohol. The DMA itself was very clean, and it was just the sections around the external screws that had a bit of corrosion on them. The brass connections looked reasonable, however one side (presumably the inlet) was dirty on the inside. - Changed the excess air filter with a new one. |
