Removed SMPS from the inlet to figure out why its reading garbage.
Inlet flow 300
Makeup flow 700
Polydiperse flow inline 300
Sheath flow inline 3000
Excess flow inline 0
Replaced conductive tubing in polydisperse flow - nothing changed
Tested CPC3772 by itself - compared well with the 3776 on lab air (~350 ccm).
Running zero again

This may have been the period when we found the leak but didn& 39;t log it?
