| Comments: | Passed through a significant occluded low pressure system today with pressure near 960 mb. Easterly winds with rain and snow have given way to overcast stratocumulus with rain shower. Winds presently from the NE gusting to 45 knots as we transit northbound. Instruments surviving so far although everything is getting a big dose of sea spray at all levels of the ship and getting pounded pretty hard. |
