Scanner found to be pointing toward ship structure on one side of its <90 elevation scans (again). Winds have only been around 15-20 knots, so I& 39;m not sure why this shifted. It has been adjusted back to the previous scan config again (v11). The scanner was paused at 03:08 UTC.
