| Comments: | Cold air instability clouds continue. Mostly not precipitating. Instruments collecting very interesting case in this cold sector. 3 hourly soundings continue to 19 Z tomorrow morning. Kudos to our intrepid balloon launchers Dan and Isabel who have braved the worst of the Antarctic gales to provide great sounding data. The attached image shows the launching of the ice-berg sonde this afternoon. | ||||
