The GPM satellite just passed over at 21:21 UTC.  It appears that we were just outside the Ku swath but well within the GMI swath.  Ot the time, were passing under a band of precipitation with rather cold tops.  The C-Band clearly showed this band.  As this moves east we are getting into an area of open cell cumulus.
