| Comments: | Front passed around 4 AM local time. Clouds broke into shallow cumulus with some precip. Winds shifted to southwest and increased 40-50 knots sustained with gusts as high as 60 knots. Instruments appear to be weathering the gale with no problems. Bridge reports spray over their level during frontal passage. Anything on the outside decks got a good soaking of sea spray. | ||||
