Comments: | Even if I increase the setpoint by 0.1 LPM, the flow doesnt go above 1.02 LPM (compared to 1.04 set point). This is usually bang on and very stable, but the measured reading is very unstable. I drained the catchpot and also temporarily put it on the strong vacuum with no change from either. I disconnected the MFC from the CPC and the flowrate went up to the setpoint easily - there is a blockage upstream of the MFC. CPC nozzle pressure was 2.6 kPa. Disconnected CPC from inlet line - flows are slightly better but still not reaching setpoint. Taking offline to clean the nozzle. Found nozzle had something in it which was cleaned out with the ultrasonic and a kimwipe. MFC is reaching setpoint again and all looks good. CPC nozzle pressure 2.4 kPa - not a huge difference. Back online and connected to nozzle at 01:09. |
