| Comments: | Moved dryer from QUT CPC to CSIRO CPC this morning as part of normal maintenance routine. The tubing connected to the bottom of the dryer became caught on something and was pulled out, resulting in a small (~1 mL or less) butanol leak on the bench. Leak cleaned up using chemical cleaning pads in the AIRBOX, and door was held open for 10-20 minutes to allow fumes to vent out. Incident reported to voyage manager | ||
