| Rock name: | Moderately altered basalt breccia with Mn oxide matrix |
| Original Sample Dimensions: | 6.5x7.5x8.5 cm |
| Comments: | Two clasts of altered basalt held together by black Mn oxide "matrix". Matrix has minor amounts of calcite. Both clasts exhibit plagioclase microphenocrysts, are aphanitic, and vesicular (<10%). Pink and yellow colour of clasts likely due to moderate alteration. |
