Taxon Notes:	Updated from Satyrichthys sp. (broad head) [of P. Last] after re-identification of CSIRO specimens. In Australia, known from west of Cape Leveque (16 00 S, 120 33 E) and SW of Imperieuse Reef (17 53 S, 118 26 E), WA in 420-460m depth. Elsewhere, known from East China Sea, Taiwan, Philippines, Indonesia, Andaman Sea, Vanuatu and Fiji, in depths of 259–860 m (Kawai 2013).
