Expected species depth range is from 370 to 405 m.

Taxon Notes:	Updated from Halicmetus sp. G [of P. Last] after re-identification of Australian material by Ho 2021. Known in Australia from two locations off northern WA (13 28'S, 123 09' E and 13 15' S, 123 22'E) in 370-405m depth; also known from off Kenya, Madagascar and SE of Seychelles in 880-1551 m (Ho 2021).
