Taxon Notes:Known from Japan, the South Atlantic and southeastern Australia in capture depths of 0–3329 m. In Australian waters, only known from off Jervis Bay, NSW (35°41' S, 150°42' E), captured in a depth range of 0-1007 m (Su et al 2026).
