Expected species depth range is from 3300 to 4766 m.
Taxon Notes:Added based on an NMV specimen collected in 2021 from south of Christmas I (10 58.50' S, 105 25.50' E) in 4766m depth. A circumglobal species in tropical and warm temperate seas (except for eastern Pacific). Known from 3300 - 5782m depth.
