Description: The project objectives were : 1.To provide a comprehensive data base on the nutritional (oil) composition of principal Australian seafoods. 2.To publish the results in a suitable format, concurrently with the planned "Handbook of Australian Seafood - A guide to whole fish and fillets" to be produced by CSIRO Marine Research. The results would then be available for strategic marketing of Australian species as well as for use by various medical and consumer groups.
