| Comments: | Based on the bottom tracking data, new misalignment angles were calculated for the two SADCPs. We tried these as follows 1. OS75 stopped acquisition 2014UTC 17/05/2015 2. changed EA = 3757 = 45 -7.43 (diagnosed angle). - made new experimental config files in directory on DAP (../config/ADCPs_in2015_v02_testing) 3. restarted )S75 acquisition at 2017 4. Stopped OS15 acquisition 2025 UTC 5. changed EA in new config file to 4823 = 46.29 (old) + 1.94 (new) 6. restared 150 acquisition at 2030UTC 7. Noticed OS75 angle was wrong - required a sign change as RDI defines heading as T rather than Cartesian. EA changed in new config file to EA = 5244 = 45+7.43 8. Restared acquisition OS75 at 2042; 9. Confirmed sign change is correct on OS75 after ship heading changes 2116UTC 10. Stopped acquisition on OS150 1918UTC 11. Changed EA = 4435 = 46.29-1.94 (new) in config file 12. Restarted acquisition on OS150 at 1919 UTC | ||
