Dark brown foraminiferal mud, compact and dense cf. 0-44 interval. Appears to become darker towards the bottom (67-76cm) and this may reflect increased bioturbation.0.470.76

Archive half core
Brown to dark brown foraminiferal mud, highly ?watery? for upper 15cm and then increasingly compacted to 44cm. No obvious lamination but some dark streaks occur at ~27cm, probably worm burrows. At 42 cm, an orange-red Fe-oxide MnO zone occurs for about 0.5cm, but it is patchy and does not span across the entire width of the core.
