CSIRO Four Metre Beam Trawl - Search for deployments and/or events
Description
The Beam Trawl is a 4m wide and 0.5m high single warp net system utilising a 10mm mesh size. This net system
was developed to sample biota from smoother sections of the seafloor. A USBL beacon can be fitted to give
position information during deployments. The Beam Trawl is deployed off the stern with the general purpose towing
cable.
