Kongsberg/Simrad SH90 Omni-directional sonar - Search for deployments and/or events
Purpose
The SH90 is an omnidirectional echo sounder which allows the water column to be scanned for biomass in all directions. The system allows for a birds eye display of biomass to be displayed real-time and utilises a frequency of 114kHz. This system is permanently mounted on the ships gondola.
