EZ Net - Multiple Opening and Closing Net and Environmental Sensors (MOCNESS) - Search for deployments and/or events
Description
Multi-net platform able to remotely open and close nets with real time sampling of environmental variables. A net monitoring camera, light and an altimeter assist with the platform's piloting, an on-board SBE37 and LI-COR sensor samples the water column during deployment and two flow meters monitor water flow and sampling volume. Able to hold and control 10x nets with current mesh sizes of 335µm, 500µm and 1000µm.
