Trace Metal CTD Rosette and Bottles - Search for deployments and/or events
Description
The vessel also operates a 12-bottle trace metal rosette (TMR). It is broadly similar to the CTD, but is entirely nonferrous and constructed from materials suitable for sampling trace metals in seawater. It includes sensors for
sampling temperature, conductivity and depth but this data is logged on board (not visible live like the CTD).
Deployment is on a synthetic rope, 6000m in length. Two Trace Metal Clean containerised lab spaces available-see
