Modular HazMAT Locker - Search for deployments and/or events
Description
The Hazmat Locker is a modified 20ft offshore container (TEU) custom built for the storage of hazardous materials.
The container is divided into two separate compartments (Flammable - Class 3; corrosive/Miscellaneous - Class
8/Class 9) with fireproof and corrosive chemical resistant internal walls. The unit has built in gas detection, fire
suppression, HVAC and stainless steel shelving.
Purpose
Specialised laboratory container for the bulk storage of toxic, corrosive and flammable chemicals. Substances that can be stored include concentrated acids (e.g. sulphuric acid and hydrochloric acid), formaldehyde, formalin, ethanol and acetone.
