Taxon Notes: | Described from a specimen collected in Cambridge Gulf, WA, 15°33′ S, 127°59′ E. Juveniles collected in 2.2-8.7m from lower reaches of Wildman and West Alligator Rivers, NT, the lower Ord R. and West Arm of Cambridge Gulf, WA. An adult female was recorded in marine waters at a depth of 60 m east of the Wessel Islands (11°18′ S, 137°00′ E), NT. Subadult specimens caught in the Gulf of Papua were from depths of 10–20 m. | ||
