Taxon Notes:	The type locality of this species was given as " Challenger stn 164B, off Sydney, NSW" in the original paper, but due to labelling errors, some material purportedly from this station is actually of south Atlantic species, so the presence of this species in Australian waters must await verification until new material is collected.
