Taxon Notes:Added after description. Known from west of Thursday Island (10 34 S, 142 00 E) and south of Daru Island, Torres Strait to NE of Gladstone (23 37 S, 151 41 E), Great Barrier Reef, Queensland in 10-60m; commonly trawled above soft bottoms at between 15 and 40 m (Uiblein et al 2019).
