Taxon Notes:	Paraplotosus was previously thought to contain only one species but Allen 1998 recognised 3. All three species may have lumped under this code until Allen 1998 but see also Allen & Swainston, 1988 for a record of one of the other species ('sp', which was described by Allen 1998 as butleri).
