Quantifying climate change driven physical impacts on coasts

The presentation will describe how to use existing morphodynamic modelling techniques to estimate the numerous CC driven physical impacts on coasts, particularly in a way that is useful for coastal zone planning and management. Some new ideas on the development of cost-effective modelling techniques that are geared to produce robust forecasts of macro-scale (> 10km, decades) coastal evolution which is particularly suited to climate change impact assessments will also be presented.
