Working in a Cauldron: Leadership and the Sydney 2000 Olympics Experience
Dr Hugh Watson is the principal of Hugh Watson Consulting and a Visiting Fellow at the College of Business and Economics at ANU. A former Partner-in-Charge of Coopers & Lybrand in Canberra, Hugh has been a strategic and change management consultant for over 20 years. He is also a former senior advisor to a Cabinet Minister and a Group General Manager with the Sydney Organising Committee for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.
He facilitated the CSIRO Enterprise Agreement Working Group process in 2005 and has been an executive coach to over 30 CSIRO officers over the past three years.
