Visualisation and web delivery of modelled and observational datasets
In this seminar we will provide a brief overview of a number of data exploration and visualisation software products that have been developed in CMAR Floreat. As part of the presentation, we will demonstrate three products:
- Data Interrogation and Visualisation Environment (DIVE) – a tool for graphically displaying and inter-comparing model and observational data.
- Aus-ConnIe – a dynamic web tool for exploring connectivity patterns around Australia.
- SERM II (Simple Estuarine Response Model) – a dynamic web tool for exploring biogeochemical simulations of over 700 classified estuaries around Australia.
