SUPERPROJECT BRIEFING SERIES:
The Role of the Ocean in Australian Climate Variability
and Change:Dynamics, Observations, and Impacts - An Introduction to
the “Climate superproject”
The talk will provide
an introduction to the Climate superproject
I will describe our plans for climate research
at CMR over the next 5+ years, including who is involved and how
we will interact with others both inside and outside the division. Most of the talk will focus on science (rather
than structure, budgets, investment models, …) the science questions we are excited about,
why they are important to Australia, and how we will
address them.
