Public lecture

An integral part of the public outreach program of this conference is a public lecture to be held at the Stanley Burbury Theatre at the University of Tasmania on Wednesday 16 March from 5.30 – 7.30pm. Schools involved in the Bio-logging 4 school education program are encouraged to attend.

The University of Tasmania is located in Sandy Bay, a short drive or bus trip south of the CBD. The main part of the campus is situated between Churchill Avenue and Sandy Bay Road, with entrances off Churchill Avenue (main entrance), Grosvenor Street and Earl Street.

Parking on-campus and in nearby streets is available with voucher parking in the car park off Churchill Avenue and in Dobson Road, and a free car park is located off Grace Street next to the rugby oval. Parking in nearby streets is limited to two hours.

The Stanley Burbury Theatre is located adjacent to Chruchill Avenue and is located in building 24 on this map.
