Pressure correction choices based on SPO parameter name

The following table records assumptions about the pressure correction treatment for each float, based mainly on the tech file surface pressure offset parameter name.

NOTE field "must RT cor". These floats are required to have surface pressure correction applied at Real Time, so their R-files must have DMODE="A" and have _ADJUSTED fields populated
