TNPD detection and treatment

find apparently truncated SP values through to the end of the SP series, or
where TNPD comments are found.

the sensor serial number is > 2324175, hence we expect PRES_ADJUSTED_ERROR to be 20.
ERROR=20 in cells which are not pink may arise because the serial number is
