TNPD detection and treatment

Bold numbers indicate that truncated negative SP are present for more than the last 6 months of DM profiles, hence TNDP should apparently be declared (unless PI or DM operator decides that is not appropriate.)

Pink cells do not indicate a processing error. They indicate that this TNDP condition is active and the sensor serial number is > 2324175, hence we expect PRES_ADJUSTED_ERROR to be 20. ERROR=20 in cells which are not pink may arise because the serial number is missing from meta files.
